Dr. Richard Davidson DMD, MS
Periodontist – a dentist who has completed a university post-graduate specialty program in periodontics and treats gum problems. Periodontal speciality programs are an additional two to three years of study following graduation of a four-year dental school program.

Earned his dental degree from the Washington University School of Medicine. Furthered his education at the University of Missouri - Kansas City earning a Master of Science degree.

Dr. Richardson has taught numerous different classes at Washington University School of Medicine and currently teaches in the Dental Department of Otolaryngology.

Dr. Edward Acree DDS
Orthodontist – a dental specialist that has not only completed college and 4 years of dental school, but has also completed an additional 2 to 3 years residency at a program accredited by the ADA of advanced education in orthodontics. An orthodontist has learned the skills that are required to treat the misalignment of teeth and facial development with braces, headgear, retainers and other methods.

Earned a B.S. degree at the University of Tennessee - Knoxville, a D.D.S. degree at the University of Tennessee - Memphis, and a M.S. degree at the St. Louis University Graduate School of Orthodontics.

Dr. John Chiapel DDS
Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon - a dentist who specializes in different aspects of surgery in and around the mouth. He/she performs simple extractions and difficult, complex extractions, including the removal of wisdom teeth. Most oral surgeons are qualified to install dental implants and perform jaw realignment procedures. They usually have about four years of advanced education after finishing dental school. |
